HOW TO APPLY?

Interested students can download and fill up the following forms:

  1. Checklist For Study Abroad (Outbound)
  2. Application For Study Abroad (Outbound) Form.Pdf
  3. Application For Study Abroad (Outbound) Form.Docx
  4. Application For Staff Attachment (Outbound) Form
  5. Application Form For Transfer Of Credit Between Institutions (Outbound), If Applcable
  6. Form Of Undertaking Advance Payment For Mobility Programme
  7. Outbound Mobility Report Form
  8. Feedback Form Outbound

Additional documents need to attach,

  • A nomination letter from respective faculty.
  • One certified true copy of academic transcript by the respective faculty (each semester).
  • One certified true copies of passport.
  • Account statement/account passbook – account number.
  • Invitation letter/letter of acceptance from host university.
  • Itinerary details of programme.

 

Whereas for the associations / clubs / students classes who are interested in organizing the Mobility Program will need to provide Proposal  with minimum (20) students
