 INTRODUCTION TO INDUSTRIAL TRAINING

In today’s world, graduates need to have job competencies and skills for them to be competitive in the job market. Having a high degree alone does not guarantee one’s job. Instead, graduates should have relevant and up-to-date knowledge, practical experience, soft skills as well as a positive attitude to equip them before facing the challenges of the real career world. To increase the employability level of the graduates, industrial training programs were introduced to strengthen the required competencies. Industrial training gives students the opportunity to learn in the world of work to receive practical experience in order to improve its marketability.
