Equipment Loan – Development Unit Assets

 

The Development Unit, Faculty of Agriculture provides asset loan facilities involving Display Boards and Walkie-Talkies to support academic, administrative, and official university activities. This loan facility is strictly limited to Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) staff and students only. External parties or members of the public are not permitted to borrow or use these assets.

All applications for the loan of Display Boards and Walkie-Talkies under the Faculty of Agriculture must be submitted via the online application form (Google Form) provided at the following link:

Faculty members and students who wish to borrow these assets are required to provide complete and accurate information for record-keeping, monitoring, and loan approval purposes. Applicants must submit their application at least three (3) days prior to the intended loan date to allow sufficient time for review and approval.
