Complaints


This section is provided to facilitate the submission of complaints related to facilities, services, or infrastructure at the Faculty of Agriculture. Your feedback is highly valued and plays an important role in helping us improve the quality of our services and facilities.

All complaints received will be reviewed and addressed accordingly by the responsible unit. Applicants are advised to ensure that complete and accurate information is provided to enable effective and timely action.

Applicants are required to complete the Maintenance Complaint Form prior to submitting information in the Maintenance Complaint System. Please click on the Maintenance Complaint Form link to complete the form. Upon successful submission, applicants may proceed by clicking on the Maintenance Complaint System link to submit and record the complaint.
