PROGRAMME INFORMATION
Bachelor of Technology in Smart Agriculture with Honours (BTPP) is a study program conducted on Task-based with Multiple Modes which are Coursework Mode and Industrial Mode (3u1i). This program is accredited by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT). The program duration for Coursework Mode is 4 years (7 semesters at UPM and 1 semester of Industrial Training), while for Industrial Mode (3u1i) is 4 years (6 semesters at UPM and 2 semesters of Industrial Training). Students will be exposed to basic theoretical and practical knowledge involving the process of measuring, analyzing and decisions making in agricultural production systems using technologies such as sensors, remote sensing, big data, artificial intelligence (Ai), drone technology, Internet of Things (IoT) and system integration - digital.
